What is the Huggs loyalty program and how does it work?
The Huggs Loyalty Program rewards loyal customers for patronising Huggs in Singapore. This program aims to benefit all Huggs members by rewarding vouchers and allowing you to earn points when you order and pay via order.huggscoffee.com.

Is there a fee for joining the Huggs loyalty program?
We do not charge any fees for the issuance and activation of your Huggs loyalty program membership, nor for the use or reloading of your Huggs prepaid card, unless otherwise stated.
Does my membership expire?
Your Huggs membership does not expire.
However, all points accumulated do have a stipulated expiry date. Do log in to your members account to check on the status of your existing points. We also send SMS reminders for vouchers or points that are expiring soon.
What are the participating outlets for the Huggs loyalty program?
You may use the online ordering platform and Huggs loyalty membership at the following outlets only:

Are all purchases eligible for points accumulation?
All online orders (using any payment method) made on order.huggscoffee.com are eligible for points accumulation, as long as you have signed up for our Huggs loyalty program!
Please note that only online orders are eligible for points accumulation, i.e. over-the-counter orders are not eligible.
Transitioning for existing members
I was already a member with the old loyalty program (pre-2024). Do I need to re-register?
Yes, you will need to re-register on huggs.member.getz.co/account/login with the same mobile number and/or email address used previously.
I had existing top-up balance and points in my old membership account (pre-2024). Will they be transferred over?
Yes, if you re-register with the same mobile number and/or email address as your previous account, your existing top-up balance and points from your old membership account will be transferred over.

What are the membership tiers and their benefits?
Our Huggs loyalty program has 2 tiers — the Primo and Stella tier, each with their own exciting, exclusive benefits.

How do I upgrade my tier?

How long will I keep my Stella tier an how do I maintain it?
Once you have reached our Stella tier, you can enjoy the Stella tier benefits for life and never have to worry about downgrading!

What are points/vouchers?
Points are rewarded to you with every order you make on huggscoffee.getz.co.
Vouchers are rewarded to you based on your tier and change regularly.
How can I accumulate points/vouchers?
Points/vouchers can only be earned by signing up for our loyalty program and making an online order via order.huggscoffee.com. Points can then be redeemed to get additional discounts on your next order, while vouchers can be used to get discounts on purchases, free items, or other exclusive benefits.
All online orders made on order.huggscoffee.com are eligible to earn points. You may refer to our points conversion below:
Every $1 spent = you earn 1 point
e.g. $10.99 spent = 10 points (points will be round down)

How can I redeem my points/vouchers?
Points/vouchers can be redeemed by making an online order on order.huggscoffee.com. Don't forget to sign in as a member, and offset your points/voucher at checkout (under 'Member Voucher' or 'Member Points')! You may refer to our points conversion below:
Every $1 spent = earn 1 point
Every 1 point redeemed = $0.05 discount (that can be used on your next purchase!)
e.g. 50 points = get $2.50 off your next purchase (i.e. 50 x $0.05)
How long does it take for my points to be reflected?
Points will be reflected in your member account immediately after a successful online order.
Can I transfer my points/vouchers?
No, points and vouchers are non-transferrable.
Can I stack my points/vouchers during redemption?
No, it is not possible to stack points with vouchers or stack multiple vouchers on a single transaction.
Do my points/vouchers expire?
Points expire 12 months after being earned. You are advised to redeem your points in a timely manner to ensure they do not expire.
Do refer to your member account to check on your points expiry.
Can I exchange my points/vouchers for cash or other discounts?
No, points and vouchers are not exchangeable for cash or other discounts.
When will I receive my birthday reward?
Your birthday reward will be in your wallet at all times. However, it can only be used on your birthday month!
I did not receive my points/vouchers - what should I do?
If you have not received your points/vouchers from an order that was made over 24 hours ago, please write in to hello@huggscoffee.com with your account details and order details and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Making an online order
How do I order from the online store?
To make an online order, visit order.huggscoffee.com, select your outlet and your pickup/dine-in time. View all our items under 'Menu', add your items to cart, and checkout!
Can I pay for an order using multiple payment methods? (e.g. credit card + cash)
No, it is not possible to pay using multiple payment methods when making an order on order.huggscoffee.com.
My order was placed but I selected another outlet by mistake - what should I do?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. In this event, you may call the outlet or write in to hello@huggscoffee.com or call Huggs HQ at +65 6283 9288 (Mon - Fri, 10am - 6pm) so that we may cancel the order for you.
I am unable to checkout - what should I do?
You could be unable to check out due to 2 reasons:
1. Internet connection - Please ensure you have stable internet connection and refresh the page.
2. Customer details - You may have forgotten to enter your name/ phone number/table number. Please ensure you have entered all required fields accurately.
Huggs Prepaid Card
What is a prepaid card and how does it work?
Our prepaid card allows you to load a specific amount of money onto it in advance. This card functions as a convenient and flexible way for you to enjoy your favorite drinks while earning rewards. All you have to do is sign up for the Huggs loyalty program through our online ordering platform order.huggscoffee.com. The Huggs prepaid card will be activated and issued to you automatically as soon as you successfully register for our loyalty program.
How it works:
1. Loading Funds
Add monetary value to the prepaid card online through your members account huggs.member.getz.co/account/login. You choose the desired amount to load onto the card.
2. Usage
Once loaded, the prepaid card works similarly to a debit or credit card at our participating outlets. Use this prepaid card to make purchases on order.huggscoffee.com. Please note this prepaid card is not available for use at our physical counters.
3. Earn Rewards
Every purchase made using the prepaid card accrues loyalty points and/or vouchers within our programme. These rewards could include discounts on future purchases, free items, or other exclusive benefits.
4. Track Spending
Track your spending and monitor your rewards accumulation easily through your members account.
5. Reloadable
Once the funds on the prepaid card are used, you can reload it with additional money at any time, ensuring that you can continue enjoying our products and accruing rewards seamlessly.
How do I register for a prepaid card?
To register for a prepaid card, sign up for the Huggs loyalty program through our online ordering platform order.huggscoffee.com. The Huggs prepaid card will be activated and issued to you automatically upon successful registration.
How do I top up my prepaid card?
Top up your prepaid card via your members account at huggs.member.getz.co/account/login.
Can I withdraw funds from my prepaid card?
No, all funds once topped up into your prepaid card cannot be withdrawn.
My top up value has not reflected in my top up history - what should I do?
If your top up value is not reflected in your top up history and/or prepaid card balance, close and relaunch the browser. Ensure you clear your browser cache.
If your top up value still does not reflect accordingly after 24 hours, please write in to hello@huggscoffee.com with your account details and order details and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
