To maximise the freshness of your coffee once opened, store it in a cool, dry place and avoid overexposure to sunlight.
Does my coffee expire?
While there is no expiry date on your coffee beans, you should ideally consume your beans within 1 month once opened. We suggest a maximum shelf life of 3 months across all our coffee beans.
As for your filter coffee, please abide by the Best Before date on your packaging.

What if I forget about my subscription?
We will send an email before the coffee is shipped so you can update your preferences or skip the shipment if you need to.
When can I expect to receive my subscription delivery?
If you order by the 20th of the month, you can expect to receive your order no later than the 1st of the following month. If you order by the 5th of the month, you can expect to receive your order no later than the 15th of the same month.
Who is handling the deliveries?
Your orders are being handled by Ninja Van Singapore, our trusted partner and delivery service.
What are your delivery charges?
Our standard shipping (2-5 working days once shipped out) costs $2.70 for all orders <1kg and $3.40 for all orders <4kg.
How do I check my order status?
You will receive emails from us and from Ninja Van Singapore respectively with regards to your order status, as long as you provide the correct email address.
Should you find that you have not received any updates on your order status, email us at (email@example.com) and we will assist you immediately.
What can I expect to receive my delivery?
You can expect your order to be shipped out within 1-3 working days from the day of your order, and delivered to you in 2-5 working days. For more shipping related questions, read our Shipping FAQs here.
Can I opt for self-collection instead of delivery?
Currently, we do not offer a self-collection option. All our orders are exclusively fulfilled through our secure and efficient delivery service.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.
Refund & Cancellations
Do you provide refunds or cancellations?
We do not accept cancellation or refund requests once payment has been made.
Do you accept returns?
For food safety and hygiene reasons, we generally do not accept returns. However, should you encounter any issues upon receiving your order, please contact us and we'll love to assist you with it.
What if I receive damaged or incorrect items?
Write in to our customer support team (firstname.lastname@example.org) immediately with your order number and a photo of the issue and we will see to a solution as soon as possible.
