This rare Orange Bourbon varietal showcases the innovation of Colombian coffee processing, shaped by its high-altitude growing conditions and meticulous post-harvest techniques.

The coffee undergoes a washed double anaerobic thermal shock process, where carefully controlled fermentation and temperature shifts elevate the coffee’s complexity and clarity, resulting in a cup that reflects both precision and craftsmanship. Expect notes of pineapple, white peach, and blood orange.
